Your subscription covers one agency workspace. Any applicable taxes we collect will be shown before you confirm payment.

We create your workspace after arranging setup with you. Signing in or contacting us does not start a paid subscription.
Try it for 14 days
Your trial starts when Pactlume creates the workspace. It lasts 14 days and does not charge you automatically. An agency administrator chooses whether to start a paid subscription through Billing.
If you choose to subscribe during the trial, confirmed payment starts the paid subscription and ends the remaining free trial. If the trial expires without a subscription, normal workspace access pauses; administrators can still manage billing and export workspace data.
Monthly billing, with control
After you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Review the amount and recurring payment terms in Stripe before confirming.
Cancel through your agency’s billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period unless it is separately suspended.
A confirmed failed renewal pauses normal workspace access. Agency administrators retain access to billing and workspace exports while the issue is resolved.
A clear refund policy
Your first subscription payment is refundable on request within 14 calendar days of payment. Renewal charges are otherwise nonrefundable, except for billing errors or refunds required by law.

Know what you are signing up for
Pactlume helps your team organize its work. Payments and accounting balances are recorded manually or imported by CSV; invoice reminders are sent from your own inbox. Agency chat is shared with your agency’s members, including members added later.
